Ingredients
- 9 Whole Eggs
- 2.5 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbs. Fine Chopped Spanish Onions
- 2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1.5 tsp Black Pepper Table Ground
- 2.5 tbs. Chopped Mixed Olives
- 1 cup Fine Sliced Jamon Serrano (cooked Ham optional)
- 3 tbs. Fine Sliced Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 Cup Queso-Melt Shredded Cheese from Block
- 1 tbs. Green Onions Fine Sliced
Directions
- Preheat the Oven 350 F
- In mixing bowl add the Milk, heavy cream and eggs whisk smooth
- Set aside
- Sauté the Onions and Garlic in olive oil until translucent
- Use a bake proof vessel or Cast Iron Skillet
- Add the Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Jamon, Red Peppers, and Olives
- Top with the Egg mixture and Queso-Melt and garnish with the green Onions
- Place in the preheated oven
- Bake until Golden Brown about 35-45 min
- Remove from the Oven and let rest for 5 min
- Cut into desired pieces serve with Roasted Potatoes or traditional Grilled Bread (Drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rubbed with fresh Garlic), Tomatoes and Fresh Fruit
