Enchiladas are a staple of Mexican cuisine. With the addition of Queso-melt, you’ll have a dinner fit for a fiesta.

 Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless short ribs
  • 2 galice cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 1/2 celery stock, minced

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1 cup red wine

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 325. 

Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Heat oven safe skillet to medium high. Sear short ribs on each side. 

Bake short ribs for 30-45 minutes until tender.
