
EASY TRIPLE LAYER NACHOS
INGREDIENTS
Nacho Queso-Melt Dip (warmed and pourable)
Tortilla chips
1 cup cooked and seasoned rice
1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup corn (grilled or canned)
Pickled jalapeño slices
Triple the layers, triple the flavor! These no-bake nachos are stacked high with chips, corn, black beans, rice, jalapeños, and warm Nacho Queso-Melt in every bite.
INSTRUCTIONS
On a large platter or tray, start with a base layer of tortilla chips.
Add a layer of corn, black beans, rice, and pickled jalapeños.
Drizzle generously with warm Nacho Queso-Melt.
Repeat the layers two more times: chips, corn, beans, rice, jalapeños, and Queso-Melt.
Finish with an extra drizzle of Queso-Melt. Serve immediately!
