QUESO-MELT QUESADILLA

This easy quesadilla is packed with melty shredded Queso-Melt! Quick, crispy, and full of cheesy goodness!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8 oz) Queso-Melt Chunk, shredded

  • 2 flour tortillas

  • Butter or oil, for cooking

  • Optional: sour cream and pico de gallo, or salsa for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and let butter melt in the pan. Place a tortilla on the heated skillet.

  2. Sprinkle shredded Queso-Melt over one half of the tortilla.

  3. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling and gently press down.

  4. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.

  5. Remove the lid, flip the quesadilla carefully, and cook covered for another 2–3 minutes, until golden and crisp on both sides.

  6. Slice and serve!
