The only way to make a burger better is to stuff it with jalapeno Queso-melt. A spicy twist on an old classic.
- Corn Tortillas fried Crispy (store purchased Optional)
- 32 oz Ground Beef Grass Fed
- 3/4 tub Queso Melt Jalapeno
- 5 oz Sun Dried Tomato
- 1/2 oz Red Onions Diced
- 1/2 oz Pablano Peppers Diced
- 1 tbs Panko Bread Crumbs
- 12 oz Fries fried Golden
- 1-2 tbs shaved Reggiano Parmesan
- 2 tsp White Truffle Oil
- 2 tsp Fine sliced Chives
- TT Sea Salt
- Lettuce for garnish
- 8 Slices of Ripe Tomato
- 4 Pickle Spears
- 4 slices Onion
- 4 Stuffed Olives
- 4 Wooden Skewers
Mix the Queso melt with the chopped Sun dried tomato,Red Onions, Poblano Peppers and Panko. set aside to chill for 15 minutes.
Shape the burger meat and fill with the Queso mixture, keep refrigerated until grilling.
Grill the burgers to your liking.
Fry the fries place into a mixing bowl top with the parmesan, chives and Truffel Oil. Toss well and serve with the Burger.
Garnish burger with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles and Onions. Top with a stuffed Spread the leftover Queso Melt onto the Toasted Burger buns.
